Is it possible for a player to request, and have implemented, an informational sign(s) within the game?

For example, let's say someone or a group of people wanted to protect certain creatures within in a certain zone of the world. Instead of having to /s your intentions and then deal with the subsequent flaming, the strategic placement of signs would alleviate the need of having to /s.

Just a question/request/thought/suggestion.
