1) You must be of Evil or Neutral Alignments.

2) You can be in another guild with the character you mean to join this guild. Actually it's very possible because basicaly this is a undercover crime guild.

3) You must choose a Prestige Class unless you wish to come up with your own.

4) If you have problems with a fellow guild member/leader, wish to challenge them for their position, or know they have done something wrong report to only the Clan Leader.
