Well it's like this,
I've just been in Dyso and a thing that always happens... HAPPENED AGAIN.
People just dont respect the rules. They insist on showing their huge and shiny weapons and worst than that, they insist on causing total havoc casting every godamn spell in their spellbooks... No mod around
Mods cant be there ALL the time, and it's exactly when they're not there that things happen... it totally ruins the RP experience.
Why not put some NPC guards in eleriina? Put some NPCs punishing people breaking the law, cause those jerks just dont stop! _________________ "Nothing that is beautiful in life is taken away with death" |

there were npc guards, and then Drudley and Ryld (Jon316) killed them for Exp, and then eventually factions got screwy because of it and we had eleriina guards killing lvl 5 characters on entrance. fun fun!
buuuut.........
Geshtal the Genius has come up with a new way that will solve this problem, so im sure ull be seeing some more npc guards sooner or later, with a few new features as well ;0!! _________________

So?
It's not like mods can do anything about it |

there is nothing wrong with people casting spells, and carrying their weapons. a decent guard would be good though. |

Acording to Eleriina's laws, THERE IS!
You should read them
And i quite agree with them...
But this has been discussed before, so I will not start this discussion again. _________________ "Nothing that is beautiful in life is taken away with death" |

i think in the last discussion everyone not in the eleriina guard decided the "no weapons in the city" law was excrement. |

West eleriina seems to be a pvp area. a guard or two out there would help out as well. A no weapons and/or armor in city would be great. it makes sense. why would any one come into a town armed to the teeth if they are there to rest and relax. _________________ Insert witty comment here... |

I understand the no weapon law, but what is wrong with casting a non-offensive spell? |
