Anyone knows the facts and how to get them to work? I got a white name last time but I still dont know hwo to get all those weird symbols

Don't, it's irritating and stupid. Ever notice that some servers used it? Everything after that name in the list became the same color, incredibly irritating.

I think my sig is a little bit nicer now when i put some colors in it...

Before it was all black and stuff...but i like it now =)
