Ok I finally fixed the bug bear spawn on Eastern Isle (one) there was a slight typo on my spawn count. Ok also removed all other Eastern Isle so now there is just the one to worry about. If it gets too crowded let me know and I can reattach another Eastern Isle. Thanks for those that reported this bug.
