Can anyone tell me how to enable the text logging feature of NWN?
Thanks in advance.

Ok I found this finally.
Under game options in the nwnplayer.ini file put this line:
ClientChatLogging=1
The file will be created in the NWN directory under the log folder.

Ok update! This is the most handy thing that I have found in this game. It really has become quite helpful especially when I am on as DM and need a log of what was said in player discipline cases.
Only problem is that the file doesn't get a unique name each log in. It overwrites itself next time you log in if you forget to save it.
I was wondering if anyone could help me create a small batch file that would take the default named log file save it with a name like "log_datetimestamp.txt" in the logs folder and then open the game exe. This way I could use the batch as my entry into the game and wouldn't lose my log files...
Anyone do batch files? _________________

`Hmm, I could get you a batch file which would rename the old log to a temp file and then start up nwn, but I don't think it's possible to name it as such with a timestamp...Perhaps if I fiddle a bit with Delphi..hmm...I'll get back to you _________________

Right here it is!!!
It starts up, backs the nwclientlog1.txt up to log_(date+time).txt, and runs NWN. If it doesn't find nwclientlog1.txt it gives an error message. Oh, and it tries to load the nwn directory from the registry as well, so no need to place it in the nwn directory.
Bah, apparently, it isn't working, so go to ww33.brinkster.com/asrp/ and then copy-paste that link above to get the file...... _________________

Yeah, you need to go to www33.brinkster.com/asrp/ and then open that link from within that window, so that the server thinks you got it from there. Stupid brinkster _________________

Can you create this where it uses the NWN.exe instead? Cause I am a DM also and like to log it incase DM discipline takes place.
Thanks,
