After returning the emerald armor to vind and recieving the bag of seeds, the server crashed.... result I lost the Bag of seeds.
Now when I try to return the armor to vind again he does not take it...therefore I am bag'o'seedless and cannot get to the spirit of life.
Any idea??????

You'll probably have to go back to the thingy in the Lost Woods and then go talk to Vind again, then talk to him yet *again*, and you'll be set.

In other words, redo the entire quest from square 1, but without killing the Lord (at least, I think that'll work).

I will put it bluntly...I can fix this for you if you wish...All quest info is placed in a database that I have control of not the server. So if you like pm me and I will reset you quest to status 3....
