Ok.. weird thing happened today...
I received a PM notification in my e-mail, but I have NO NEW MESSAGES... any ideas why this happened?

Hmm, perhaps some guy used your e-mail for his account and you therefore got a notice that he got a PM?

or someone sent you a pm and an admin intercepted it and deleted it.

Uhm actually you can do this also...

Send a PM to someone... before they log in to read it but after they have already gotten an email you can go into your outbox and delete the message so they never read it.

Which leads to another question of why someone would send a message and then delete it.

Perhaps a very large error was made .. problem solved, either way.
