|
|
Step one: Record yourself saying "This file is the property of yournamehere. Downloaders will face severe charges. Kiss my @$$ RIAA" and save it to mp3 format.
Step two: Compile a list of hundreds or more song titles.
Step three: Save multiple copies of above mp3 using popular song titles from above.
Step four: Share with the world on p2p networks and wait in anticipation as the RIAA attempts to sue you.
Step five: Laugh with the world as the RIAA gets nailed for downloading private property of you! |

| I believe you mean defamation of character perhaps? Or maybe Malicious Falsehood? Either would never stand up, because you've in no way used un true facts in order to slander and damage. And even if a court went past that, it wouldn't travel very far. If you go into a book store, there is a more than likely a book on the shelf, under the political section titled, "Steal this Book" by Abbie Hoffman. If you do in fact, Steal the Book, you've still commited a crime, and the author is in no way resonsible for your actions. Even the the book title has told you to do so. |
